Mother's Wish

With you
No words can hurt me
You are my light
My sole candle

For your smile is all I need to
Carry you wherever
Even with
Distorted view…

In my life I have faced it all
Carried burdens, endured hardships
Remained strong, held the tears inside
Never let you end up the same path

Distorted view…

I couldn't answer what went wrong

This poem started out with "Bubbles" theme, then Dinky appeared out of nowhere and it ended up as a poem about familial ties, hardships of single parenthood and mother's wish to spare her child from burdens she has had to carry through her life.

Not claiming this in any way my personal headcanon or such. I like to keep my Derpy/Dinky family interpretations open and varied, but seriously, everybrony should know at least one sad fic of these two.

Vibeke is still the greatest voice of gothic metal scene, ever.
